All Spares Warranty Policy covers free of charge replacement of a faulty product within 1 month* if a necessary spare part is available in stock. Otherwise, the complaint will be redirected to the manufacturer or/and the money paid for the item will be returned to the customer’s account.

The warranty is provided for a period of 1 month from the date of the Delivery. However, there are some products that have specific warranty terms and conditions. Please contact the sales manager to find out the warranty details.

Warranty does not cover any expenses for shipping to the company any damaged items and shipping of the repair/exchange items to the customer.

Any possible product damage or loss during the transportation is not covered by the warranty either. It is, therefore, strongly advised to check the package content for compliance with the packing list in the presence of an authorized representative of the delivery company.

  • The protective film and warranty seals on LCD or touchscreen are removed or damaged. Please, check the product serviceability before removing the protective film and seals.

  • The flat cable has visible marks of damage or usage.
  • ICs and small spare parts have soldering trace except for the flat cable;
  • The warranty period has expired.
  • Violation of service regulations.
  • No any modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  • The product has been modified or used for unintended purposes
  • The product has been damaged under mechanical, thermal, electrical, etc. misusing.
  • The warranty doesn`t cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien fragments and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misusage of voltage, and other external factors).

Refund/Replacement Policy believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel product order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you the entire amount of product. If you cancel product order after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following.

1. If your product has been shipped or not but has not yet been delivered to you, than you can contact our customer care and inform us within 6 hours of the same.
2. If you received the product, than it will be eligible for product replacement, only in case of defect or damage found with the product. You can refer our replacement guarantee for that.

2. Refund policy

1. When you buy our products and in case you receive a defective* product or a product other than specified on the site you need to inform us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. you need to ship the item back to us within 3 working days and get it replaced within 10 working days.
2. Replacements and refunds are only applicable in case of a defective product received.
3. If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
4. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

Refund Time Duration

The customer can initiate the refund request to us within 30 days, and once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 to 7 working days. once the returned product is received by Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via same payment method you used for purchase.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
